What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that schedules change and things happen, for that reason we try to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy.

For pre-paid and regularly scheduled mid-day walks we request that you call our customer service number by 9:00 a.m. on the morning of service for a no penalty cancellation. Cancellations after that time will be charged their contracted rate for the day.

We try to assure that each pet is always assigned to the same caregiver however some instances may arise where we have to use an alternate. If a long term change needs to be made we will consult with you first.

Can I hire my caregiver directly?
Each caregiver is covered by a non-compete agreement and is therefore expected to decline requests for "side work" from existing clients.

Can caregivers accept gratuities?
While gratuities are not expected they are greatly appreciated. You may either give the gratuity directly to your caregiver or include it with your payment. Either way your designated caregiver will receive 100% of the gratuity.
