fact most any small animal, we can take care of their needs. We will
provide care for snakes, lizards, and other exotics on a case by case
basis.

ourselves, we are bonded and insured through Business Insurers of the
Carolinas. We also perform background
screenings on every employee and/or contractor that we entrust with the
care of our client’s pets and property.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that schedules change and things happen, for that reason we
try to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy.
For pre-paid and regularly scheduled mid-day walks we request that you
call our customer service number by 9:00 a.m. on the morning of service
for a no penalty cancellation. Cancellations after that time will be
charged their contracted rate for the day.
For specially scheduled services such as overnight stays and vacation
visits we request 48 hours advance notice of cancellation. Cancellations
with less than 48 hours advance notice will be charged 50% of the total
fees for the scheduled services.
For emergency services scheduled the same day service is to be delivered
there will be no allowed cancellations.

For your convenience we accept checks and all major credit and debit cards
including Master Card, VISA, American Express, and Discover. We ask that
you do not pay with cash and accept no responsibility for cash payments.
Will I always have the same caregiver?
We try to assure that each pet is always assigned to the same caregiver
however some instances may arise where we have to use an alternate. If a
long term change needs to be made we will consult with you first.
Can I hire my caregiver directly?
Each caregiver is covered by a non-compete agreement and is therefore
expected to decline requests for "side work" from existing clients.
Can caregivers accept gratuities?
While gratuities are not expected they are greatly appreciated. You may
either give the gratuity directly to your caregiver or include it with
your payment. Either way your designated caregiver will receive 100% of
the gratuity.
